Team Door

1. Create a door. (See this tutorial if you don't know how to create a door.)

2. With either brush selected, press N to open the Entities dialog box. In the Key field type 'allowteams', then press Tab to jump to the Value field and type either 'axis' or 'allies' depending on which team you wish to allow use of the door, then press Enter. If you want the opposite team to be able to sneak through with a disguised Covert Ops, as Team Doors should be, then simply type ',cvops' at the end.

That's it! You can now go and test out your team door, there's no need to recompile your map this time though. (See this tutorial if you don't know how to compile and test maps.) Don't forget to give this door a texture that warns the players of it's function. (See this tutorial if you don't know how to apply textures/shaders.)

Im not good at writing tutorials, but i will explain it... ITs probably a 'advanced' thing where only 1 side has a texture, u can invert the side where te texture is displayed on by selecting it and then press CTRL + I. Hope that helps!

Sorry, the comments are now closed.
These tutorials are over 20 years old, probably rubbish, and I don't even remember writing them - but, if you desperately need to, you can shoot me a message @sqwirral on Twitter.
